A topic which causes a lot of discussion at present is whether the internet is a more effective medium of information than television.To my way of thinking, I firmly believe that it is.

On the one hand, TVs have both benefits and drawbacks.First of all, everyone has access to a TV and that is why it is convenient to turn it on and watch the news.However, the problem is that the shows and the news on TV may be broadcast with a delay which means they do not always happen in real time.

On the other hand, using the web to keep up with the news is more reliable.In the first place, it can be used everywhere, especially with smartphones, tablets and netbooks.In addition, information online can be both simplified and detailed, coming from experts and scientists.Also, people are given the opportunity to write comments on what they read when they are online while on TV people passively watch the news without being able to participate.

Taking everything into consideration, the internet is a very helpful source of information because everything is available at the touch of a button and you can interact with what you find out.
